BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute a contract with Allco,
Inc., of Beaumont, Texas, in the amount of $1,144,700 forthe construction of a new Tennis
Clubhouse at the Athletic Complex.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 17th day of
December, 2013.
