WHEREAS, came on to be heard the appeal of Landry's 24 -Hour Towing and Auto
Unlocking of the Chief of Police's November 7, 2013 notice of suspension and revocation
of City of Beaumont towing permit pursuant to Section 6.08.005(e) of the Code of
Ordinances for the City of Beaumont; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has accessed the evidence presented at the hearing;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the statements and findings set out in the preamble to this order are hereby, in all
things, approved and adopted; and,
THAT the City Council, in all things, affirms the Chief of Police's November 7, 2013
suspension and revocation of Landry's 24 -Hour Towing and Auto Unlocking's City of
Beaumont towing permit; and,
THAT this suspension and revocation shall run from today's date, December 3,
2013, and expire December 2, 2015.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 3rd day of
