BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the award of one (1) year contract in the estimated
total amount of $215,588 to Terry Johnson, Inc., of Kountze, Texas, in the estimated
annual amount of $122,503; to Allco, Inc., of Beaumont, Texas, in the estimated annual
amount of $50,075; and to Brystar, Inc., of Beaumont, Texas, in the estimated annual
amount of $43,010 to provide emergency repair assistance for City water and sewer lines
at the rate and unit price as shown on Exhibit "A," attached hereto; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby
authorized to execute an annual contract with Terry Johnson, Inc., of Kountze, Texas;
Allco, Inc., of Beaumont, Texas; and Brystar, Inc., of Beaumont, Texas, for the purposes
described herein.
