BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the award of a contract to Reytec Construction
Resources, Inc., of Houston, Texas, in the amount of $4,820,038.45 for the Magnolia
Avenue Paving and Drainage, Water and Sanitary Sewer Improvement Project.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 19th day of
November, 2013.
