BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the award of a contract to Insituform Technologies,
LLC, of Cypress, Texas, in the amount of $55,996.50 through the Texas Association of
School Boards (BuyBoard) Cooperative Purchasing Program to furnish all labor, materials,
equipment, and services necessary to reconstruct the existing 6-inch and 8-inch sanitary
sewer lines and reconnect eleven (11) services related to the Karen Lane Sanitary Sewer
Rehabilitation Project; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby
authorized to execute a contract with I nsituform Technologies, LLC, of Cypress, Texas, for
the purposes described herein.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 19th day of
