BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the award of a contract to Bruce's General
Construction, of Beaumont, Texas, in the amount of $171,360 for the furnishing of all labor,
materials, equipment and supplies forthe reconstruction of the walking trail and installation
of other specified improvements to Klein Park; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby
authorized to execute a contract with Bruce's General Construction, of Beaumont, Texas,
for the purposes described herein.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 17th day of
