Licensor's approval of Licensee's plans shall not elieve Licensce of its obligation to complete the development in accordance with this License,nor does it relieve Licensee from complying with haws,rules,regulations,and icquircmcuts of local governing auQioritics. Certificates of occupancy and waivers of hell from Licensee's eoutractor,all subcorttraclors and material men shill be filed with licensor upon completion of work. (.
