BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT-
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute all documents
necessary to accept funding from the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS)
in the amount of $472,012.00 for the following grants: Immunization Branch - Locals;
Regional and Local Services System/Local, Public Health Services (RLSS/LPHS); Public
Health Emergency Preparedness (PHEP); Tuberculosis Prevention Control/Federal;
(TB/PC); Tuberculosis Prevention Control/State (TB/PC), effective September 1 , 2013
through August 31, 2014.
