BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute a
Right-of-Entry permit with the Department of the Army, a copy of
which is attached as Exhibit "A" hereto, for a period of six months
on a portion of Tyrrell Park approximately 2800 feet south of
Highway 124 in connection with the Taylors Bayou Drainage and Flood
Control Project.

The undersigned, hereinafter called the <<O►t-ner", hereb'v grants to the UNITED STATES OF
AMERICA, hereinafter called the <<Goverrtnient". u permit or right-of-entry upon the following teens
and conditiuns:
1. The Owner hereb-v grants to the Government an irrevocable right to enter upon the lands
hereinafter described at an - time within a period of* six ( 6 ) months fro,n the

a. The Government agrees to be responsible for damages arising front the activity of the
Govcrnnterll. its officers, employees. or representatives on said land, in the exercise of'rights under
this permit or right-of-entev. either by repairing such damage or at the option tai the Government by
making all appropriate settlement with the Owner in lieu thereof

or entry.
