BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the Planning Department be, and they are hereby, directed to
prepare a service plan for a proposed annexation to include
includes 157 acres located adjacent to the western City limit line,
north of Highway 90 to the Missouri Pacific railroad tracks.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that public hearings concerning
this proposed annexation shall be held February 1, 1982 and
February 17 , 1982.
