WHEREAS, Jim Williams has resigned from the Board of
Directors of the Beaumont Industrial Development Corporation;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT James K. Stewart is appointed a member of the Board of
Directors of the Beaumont Industrial Development Corporation to
fill the unexpired term of Jim Williams .
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
