ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING
A 10 FOOT WIDE DEDICATED SANITARY
SEWER EASEMENT (UNUSED) LOCATED IN
THE REAR YARDS OF LOTS 16 AND 17,
BLOCK 2, GOODHUE ESTATES SUBDIVISION
BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT a 10 foot wide dedicated sanitary sewer easement (unused) located in the rear yards of
Lots 16 and 17, Block 2, Goodhue Estates Subdivision, Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas,
as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto, is hereby, abandoned.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day
of 1992.
