BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Attorney is hereby authorized to file and prosecute a lawsuit against
Economy Inn/Prabhubhai Jivanji Bhakta, Beaumont, Texas, to compel the filing of hotel
occupancy tax reports and to collect delinquent hotel occupancy taxes.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 30th day of July,
2013.
