ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE NAME OF
JEFFERSON STREET TO MAGNOLIA AVENUE,
BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT Jefferson Street, being a portion of Jefferson Street beginning at the south right-of-
way line of Laurel Street and running in a southerly direction to the north right-of-way line
of Bowie Street, City of Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, containing 1.26 acres, more
or less, as shown on Exhibit"A,"attached hereto and made a part hereof, be and the same
is hereby renamed to Magnolia Avenue.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 4th day of June,
2013.
