BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the award of a contract to Allco, Ltd., of
Beaumont, Texas, in the amount of $1,407,669.35 for the South Park Area Water and
Sanitary Sewer Improvement Project.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 4th day of June,
2013.
