BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to approve the purchase of one
(1) boring machine from EKA, Inc., of Stone Mountain, Georgia, in the amount of
$131,125.47 through the BuyBoard, a cooperative purchasing program, for use by the
Public Works Department.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 7th day of May,
2013.
