BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the award of a contract to McInnis Construction,
of Silsbee, Texas, in the amount of $302,260 for renovation to the Beaumont Transit Bus
Service Bays.
