BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the award of a contract to Allco, LLC, of
Beaumont, Texas, in the amount of $12,330,865 forthe South Park Drainage Improvement
Project.
