BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute all documents
necessaryto enter into a Resource Memorandum of Agreement between Cityof Beaumont
Fire - Rescue Services and Southeast Texas Regional Advisory Council (SETRAC) for the
utilization and coordination of emergency fire rescue services and assets in the event of
an emergency or disaster.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 26th day of
February, 2013.
