BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to approve the purchase of a
digger derrick for use by the Transportation Division from Freightliner, of Austin, Texas, in
the amount of $224,008 through the BuyBoard Cooperative Purchasing Program.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 19th day of
February, 2013.
