BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to approve the purchase of
eighteen (18) fleet vehicles for use by various City departments from Philpott Motors, of
Nederland, Texas, in the amount of $597,890.07 through the BuyBoard Cooperative
Purchasing Program.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 5th day of
February, 2013.
