BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute a Joint Election
Agreement between Jefferson County and the City of Beaumont for the City of Beaumont
General Election being held jointlywith Beaumont Independent School District and the Port
of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 29th day of
January, 2013.
