A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BEAUMONT, TEXAS AUTHORIZING SIGNATORIES ON
STATE OF TEXAS DOCUMENTS FOR REQUESTING
FUNDS.
WHEREAS, the City must request funds from the State of Texas Agencies on
specified forms with signatures from persons authorized to sign those forms;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the statements and findings set out in the preamble to this resolution are hereby, in
all things, approved and adopted; and,
THAT the following persons are designated as SIGNATORIES for State of Texas
Documents requesting funds from State of Texas Agencies:
Kyle Hayes, City Manager
Laura Clark, Chief Financial Officer
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 29th day of
January, 2013.
