BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to approve the purchase of two
(2) sewer cleaners from Texas Underground, Inc., of Houston, Texas, in the amount of
$113,170 and two (2) cab chassis from Rush Truck Center of Texas, L.P., of Houston,
Texas, in the amount of $97,216 through the Houston - Galveston Area Council (H -GAC)
Cooperative Purchasing Program for use by the Water Utilities Department.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 8th day of
January, 2013.
