BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the purchase of five (5) reconditioned solar
powered mixers from SolarBee, of Dickinson, North Dakota, the sole source manufacturer
of SolarBee model SB10000 v18R solar powered mixers, in the amount of $175,000 for
use by the Water Utilities Department.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 8th day of
January, 2013.
