BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute a twenty (20) year
agreementwith Fair Energy Operations-Beaumont, LLC,to purchase municipal solid waste
from the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 18th day of
December, 2012.
