ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDONING
TWO ALLEYS AT 1415 AND 1455 PENNSYLVANIA,
BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT two alleys at 1415 and 1455 Pennsylvania, being two 10 foot wide alleys as
recorded in Volume 120, Page 520 and Volume 690, Page 627, Jefferson County Deed
Records, City of Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, containing 0.06 acres, more or less,
as shown in Exhibit "A," attached hereto, be and the same are hereby vacated and
abandoned and title to such properties shall revert to and become the properties of the
persons entitled thereto as provided by law.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 4th day of
December, 2012.
