BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute all documents necessary
to accept funding in the amount of$20,000.00 from the Texas Department of State Health
Services (DSHS)for the Tuberculosis Elimination Division.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 30th day of
October, 2012.
