BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the purchase of a fairway mower, mechanical drive
spray vehicle and a fertilizer spreader for use by the Parks and Recreation Department from
Luber Bros., of Houston, Texas, in the amount of $79,948.60 through the BuyBoard
Cooperative Purchasing Program.
