BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the award of a design build contract to SPA
Skateparks, of Austin, Texas, in the amount of $422,000 for the construction of a skate
plaza located at the southeast corner of Laurel Avenue and Magnolia Street.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 18th day of
