BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT Jimmy Hamm and Terrence Holmes be reappointed as part-time City Magistrates
of the City of Beaumont for a two (2)year term. Compensation shall be $250 per session;
and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT James D. McNicholas be reappointed as part-
time City Magistrate of the City of Beaumont for a two (2) year term. Compensation shall
be $300 for the first session and $250 for each successive session conducted thereafter
in the same week.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 18th day of
September, 2012.
