A 50'X 50' PORTION OF GENOA STREET AND TWO(2)20'
X 50' SECTIONS OF ALLEY RIGHT-OF-WAY IN BLOCKS 5
AND 6, G. CUCHIA SUBDIVISION, BEAUMONT,
JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT a 50'x 50'portion of Genoa Street and two(2)20'x 50'sections of alley right-of-way
in Blocks 5 and 6, G. Cuchia Subdivision, as described in Exhibit"A"and shown in Exhibits
"B,"61,""2"and"3,"attached hereto, be and the same are hereby vacated and abandoned
and title to such property shall revert to and become the property of the persons entitled
thereto as provided by law.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 24'day of July,
2012.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION FOR ORDINANCE PURPOSES
Alley(Exhibit 1)-Being a 0.02 acre tract of land beginning at what is the east property line
of Lot 8B,Replat of Lot 8,Block 1, South Park 4 and extending in an easterly direction to
what is the west right-of-way line of Elba Street,City of Beaumont,Jefferson County,
Texas,containing 0.02 acres,more or less.
Genoa Street(Exhibit 2)- Being a 0.06 acre tract of land beginning at what is the east
property line of Lot 8B,Replat of Lot 8,Block 1,South Park 4 and extending in an easterly
direction to what is the west right-of-way line of Elba Street,City of Beaumont,Jefferson
County,Texas,containing 0.06 acres, more or less.
Alley(Exhibit 3)-Being a 0.02 acre tract of land beginning at what is the east property line
of Lot 13,Replat of Lots 9-12,Block 1, South Park 1 and extending in an easterly direction
to what is the west right-of-way line of Elba Street, City of Beaumont,Jefferson County,
Texas,containing 0.02 acres,more or less.
