BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the award of a contract to Allco, Ltd., of
Beaumont, Texas, in the amount of $3,491,570.60 for the Sanitary Sewer System
Improvements 54-Inch Interceptor Rehabilitation Phase II Project.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 12th day of
June, 2012.
