BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute a contract with Legacy
Community Development Corporation (Legacy CDC) in the amount of $249,990 for
acquisition and rehabilitation of up to ten (10) properties for lease to eligible low-to-
moderate income families and a contract with Legacy Community Development
I
Corporation (Legacy CDC) in the amount of$45,000 for related operating expenses, said
contracts to be funded from the 2011 HOME Program.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 22nd day of
May, 2012.
