BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the purchase of an excavator for use by the Water
Department from Takeuchi Mfg., of Pendergrass, Georgia, in the amount of $54,919.80
through the Houston-Galveston Area Council (H-GAC)Cooperative Purchasing Program.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 22nd day of
May, 2012.
