BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the purchase of a backhoe for use by the Streets
& Drainage Division from Hi-Way Equipment Co., of Beaumont, Texas, in the amount of
$87,593 through the Houston-Galveston Area Council (H-GAC) Cooperative Purchasing
Program.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 22nd day of
May, 2012.
