BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the purchase of three (3)tractors for use by the
Parks&Recreation Department from John Deere Company,of Cary, North Carolina,in the
amount of$95,124.11 through the BuyBoard Cooperative Purchasing Program.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 15th day of May,
2012.
