BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the purchase of a tractor with a boom mower
attachment, from Lansdowne-Moody Co., L.P., of Houston, Texas, in the amount of
$106,307.96 through the Houston-Galveston Area Council (H-GAC) Cooperative
Purchasing Program.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 15th day of May,
2012.
