BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Attorney is hereby authorized to file and prosecute a lawsuit against Crystal
Engle to collect delinquent rent owed for the use of a Beaumont Municipal Airport hangar.
