BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to apply for and accept funding in
the amount of$645,252 through the Automobile Burglary and Theft Prevention Authority
Fund for the Southeast Texas Auto Theft Task Force to provide crime prevention
education.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute
all documents necessary to apply for and accept said funding.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 24th day of April,
2012.
