BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the purchase of large diameter pipe and
appurtenances from H.D. Supply&Waterworks, Inc., of Beaumont, Texas, in the amount
of $104,885.84 for use by the Water Utilities Department for the Main Street Utility
Relocation Project.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 24th day of April,
2012.
