ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING A 20' x 180'±
PORTION OF THE ALLEY IN BLOCK 69, VAN WORMER
ADDITION, IN THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON
COUNTY, TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT a 20' x 180'± portion of the alley in Block 69, Van Wormer Addition, City of
Beaumont,Jefferson County,Texas, being a 0.096 acre portion of an alley located in Block
69, Van Wormer Addition, beginning at the east right-of-way line of Orange Avenue and
extending in a northeasterly direction for a distance of 180'± to the south right-of-way line
of the KCS Railroad, City of Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, containing 0.096 acres,
more or less, as shown on Exhibit"A"attached hereto, be and the same is hereby vacated
and abandoned.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 27th day of
March, 2012.
