BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to apply for and receive funding
in an amount up to $700,000 in 2012 Emergency Solutions Grant(ESG)funding through
the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs(TDHCA)to provide services for
the homeless.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 27th day of
March, 2012.
