WHEREAS, bids were solicited for an annual contract for hazardous waste cleanup
and disposal services on an "as required" basis for the City of Beaumont; and,
WHEREAS,Texas Environmental Resources, Inc.,of Beaumont,Texas,submitted
a bid in the amount of$55,000.00; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Texas
Environmental Resources, Inc., of Beaumont, Texas, in the amount of$55,000.00 should
be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the statements and findings set out in the preamble to this resolution are hereby, in
all things, approved and adopted; and,
THAT the bid submitted by Texas Environmental Resources, Inc., of Beaumont,
Texas, in the amount of$55,000.00 for an annual contract for hazardous waste cleanup
and disposal services on an "as required" basis for the City of Beaumont be accepted by
the City of Beaumont; and,
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute a contract with
Texas Environmental Resources, Inc., of Beaumont, Texas, for the purposes described
herein.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 27th day of
March, 2012.
