BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council approves the purchase of twelve (12) air conditioning condensing
units for the Civic Center from Trane Company, of Houston, Texas, in the amount of
$273,984 through The Cooperative Purchasing Network.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 20th day of
March, 2012.
