BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the purchase of a Kohler 300 KW natural gas
powered generator for the Beaumont Transit System from Loftin Equipment Company, of
Houston, Texas, in the amount of$151,570 through the Houston-Galveston Area Council
(H-GAC) Cooperative Purchasing Program.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 7th day of
February, 2012.
