BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the award of a contract to McInnis Construction,
Inc., of Silsbee, Texas, in the amount of $588,650 for the renovation of the R.C. Miller
Library located at 1605 Dowlen Road.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 7th day of
February, 2012.
