BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Attorney is hereby authorized to file and prosecute a lawsuit against J.D.
Newton Investment Corporation d/b/a Knights Inn and Capital Certified Development
Company,Beaumont, Texas, to collect delinquent hotel occupancy taxes.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 7th day of
February, 2012.
