BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the purchase of a hydraulic excavator for use by
the Water Utilities Department, from Waukesha-Pearce Industries, Inc., of Port Arthur,
Texas, in the amount of $299,991.20 through the BuyBoard Cooperative Purchasing
Program.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 24th day of
January, 2012.
