BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Attorney is hereby authorized to file and prosecute a lawsuit against
Economy Inn/Jivanji Bhakta Prabhubhai, Beaumont, Texas, to collect delinquent hotel
occupancy taxes.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 24th day of
January, 2012.
